It’s a woman-owned business that actually cares about the community. The service is fast, the truck is vibrant and clean, and the food is consistently 10/10. If you see them at City Walk or Pelham, stop what you’re doing and get in line. 🥘🙌

We tried the Samosa Smash, Beyond Tikka Chicken Bowl and the 99° Chicken Bowl at TrimTab, and my mind is blown. The sauce is creamy, perfectly spicy, and unlike any Indian street food I’ve had before. You can tell Sri and the team put so much heart into the prep—everything is fresh, crunchy, and a total ‘flavor collision.’

Pro Tip: Ask for extra ‘Liquid Gold’ sauce on the side. You’ll thank me later. 🌯🔥
