I’ve known the owner for years, and her last food truck was one I really missed when it closed. So glad she’s back with The Beyond Tikka.
Got the 99 Degree Chicken, spicy — real heat, but with actual flavor behind it. Meant to pace myself and finished the whole thing.
She still cooks like she cares, and you can taste it. I’ll be back often.
